Shared Mailbox - Access from Webmail

Description:

If you have access to a shared mailbox you can still access from webmail

Solution:

Login to your email account

Click on your initials (top right)

Open

Select Open another mailbox

Open

Start typing the mailbox name & select if from the list

Select Open
