Microsoft Outlook - Sharing Your Calendar

Description:

You can share you calendar with others, but please note there is an extra step if you want to give editing access

Share Calendar

  • From your calendar view select Share Calendar from the menu bar

  • Put the name of the person/s your sharing with in the To field

  • Click Send (Please note that if you want to share with read only access you may need to change the Details option to select what they can see)

Give Editing Access

  • Select Calendar Permissions from the menu bar

  • Select the name of the person who’s access you want to change

  • Select the Permission level (Editor can change & add appointments)

  • Click OK
