PDFs Not Opening

Description:

Error 1: When you try to open a PDF document using Adobe Acrobat it automatically closes or your login details are not accepted.

Error 2: When opening a pdf on a website you get the message ‘Couldn't Open PDF - Something's keeping this PDF from opening’

Solution:

Error 1: You will need to sign into Adobe Acrobat and any other Adobe applications using your staffid@runshaw.ac.uk.

Error 2: This is a problem with Microsoft Edge and you will need to use another browser or Adobe Acrobat to open the PDF.
